These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between us and our customers via our online shop.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"1043\">(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (\u00a7 13 German Civil Code \u2013 BGB).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1301\">(3) A business customer (entrepreneur) is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the course of their trade or self-employed professional activity data-end=\"1664\">(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an order.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1808\">(2) By clicking the button \u201cPlace order with obligation to pay\u201d, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1955\">(3) The contract is concluded when we accept the order by:<br \/>sending an explicit order confirmation by email, or<br \/>dispatching the goods<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2120\" customer details<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1e76w3d\" data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2267\">selecting a payment method<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"yyvftp\" data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2471\">\u00a74 Storage of Contract Text<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2473\" data-end=\"2525\">(1) The contract text is not stored by us.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2527\" data-end=\"2604\">(2) The order data and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to the customer by email.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1xrknhd\" data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"2641\">\u00a75 Prices and Shipping Costs<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2717\">(1) All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2719\" data-end=\"2844\">(2) Shipping costs may apply in addition and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1hwzjfb\" data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2864\">\u00a76 Payment<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2866\" data-end=\"2904\">(1) Payment can be made via:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2905\" data-end=\"2931\">\n<li data-section-id=\"18n66m5\" data-start=\"2905\" data-end=\"2915\">PayPal<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"fapok\" data-start=\"2916\" data-end=\"2931\">Credit card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2933\" data-end=\"2994\">(2) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1pmi95k\" data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3016\">\u00a77 Delivery<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3018\" data-end=\"3101\">(1) Delivery is made within Germany unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3103\" data-end=\"3184\">(2) The delivery time is <strong data-start=\"3162\" data-end=\"3183\">up to 5 business days<\/strong>, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3186\" data-end=\"3208\">(3) The delivery period begins:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3209\" data-end=\"3313\">\n<li data-section-id=\"f7qyw0\" data-start=\"3209\" data-end=\"3254\">for advance payment: the day after the payment order is issued<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"179hi9q\" data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3313\">for other payment methods: the day after contract conclusion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3315\" data-end=\"3406\">(4) If the delivery period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3408\" data-end=\"3481\">(5) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"hjalvc\" data-start=\"3543\" data-end=\"3567\">\u00a78 Retention of Title<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3569\" data-end=\"3632\">The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"qvkm3w\" data-start=\"3639\" data-end=\"3659\">\u00a79 Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3767\" data-end=\"3863\">You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3865\" data-end=\"3981\">The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.<\/p>\n<h4 data-section-id=\"kr8e9a\" data-start=\"3983\" data-end=\"4192\">If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a different delivery method chosen by you),\u00a0without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1m0lr87\" data-start=\"4220\" data-end=\"4257\">We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4259\" data-end=\"4302\">We may withhold
