§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between us and our customers via our online shop.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
(3) A business customer (entrepreneur) is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the course of their trade or self-employed professional activity (§ 14 BGB).

§3 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an order.
(2) By clicking the button “Place order with obligation to pay”, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The contract is concluded when we accept the order by:
sending an explicit order confirmation by email, or
dispatching the goods
(4) The ordering process includes:
- selecting products
- reviewing the shopping cart
- entering customer details
- selecting a payment method
- accepting these Terms and Conditions
- submitting the order
(5) Input errors can be corrected before submitting the order using standard keyboard and mouse functions.
§4 Storage of Contract Text
(1) The contract text is not stored by us.
(2) The order data and these Terms and Conditions will be sent to the customer by email.
§5 Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
(2) Shipping costs may apply in addition and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
§6 Payment
(1) Payment can be made via:
- PayPal
- Credit card
(2) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
§7 Delivery
(1) Delivery is made within Germany unless otherwise stated.
(2) The delivery time is up to 5 business days, unless otherwise specified.
(3) The delivery period begins:
- for advance payment: the day after the payment order is issued
- for other payment methods: the day after contract conclusion
(4) If the delivery period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
(5) The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery.
§8 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§9 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the goods.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email).
Consequences of Withdrawal
- If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a different delivery method chosen by you), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
- We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- we have received the goods back, or
- you have provided proof of return whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods within fourteen days from the date you notify us of withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
§10 Withdrawal Form
A model withdrawal form is provided separately.
§11 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
§12 Liability
(1) We are liable without limitation for:
- intent and gross negligence
- grober Fahrlässigkeit
- injury to life, body, or health
(2) In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
(3) Liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
§13 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§14 Contract Language
The contract language is German.
